GPS Reviews – In the mid-year of 2011 Garmin released its series in three classes, namely the ‘Essential’ series, the ‘Advanced’ series, and the most sophisticated ‘Prestige’ series. The ‘Essential’ series consists of five new models. They are Nuvi 30, Nuvi 40, nuvi 40LM, Nuvi 50 and Nuvi 50LM. Each has its own characteristics. Nuvi 2455LT, Nuvi 2455LM, Nuvi 2475LT, Nuvi 2495LM, Nuvi 2555LT, Nuvi 2555LM, Nuvi 2595LM, and Nuvi 2595LMT belong to the ‘Advanced’ series. The most sophisticated series, the ‘Prestige’, comes in three models, namely Nuvi 3450, Nuvi 3450LM, and Nuvi 3490LM. All the series have been adopting a responsive capacitive touch screen.
